The Operations Systems Coordinator manages inventory control transactions, troubleshoots ERP system issues, and analyzes operational data to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role supports cross-functional teams, presents key performance metrics, and identifies process improvements. Acting as a liaison between operations and technology, the coordinator ensures system compliance, trains staff on ERP usage and contributes to operational excellence through data-driven insights and optimized workflows.
- Perform and monitor inventory and production transactions in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP system records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the ERP system related to inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
- Partner with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to align system data with operational realities.
- Monitor and review operations and procedures both on the floor and in the ERP system to Proactively identify gaps and propose solutions to address them
- Assist in projects involving yearly inventory, ISO audits, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate operations performance metrics.
- Document processes, system workflows, and troubleshooting steps to standardize procedures.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on key performance indicators to management, highlighting operational efficiencies and areas needing attention.
- Recommend and implement process changes based on operational data analysis and system capabilities
- Train team members on ERP system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Education/Training/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or inventory control Preferred.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Experience with ERP Systems (IE. MS 365 Business Central, MS Dynamics NAV, Oracle, SAP,)
