We are seeking a results-driven B2B Account Manager – Mid-Market Growth to grow and manage a portfolio of mid-sized B2B clients. This role blends new business development with account expansion — perfect for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage new mid-market B2B clients through outbound calls and digital outreach
- Expand and nurture an existing book of business
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Prepare and present quotes and bids with timely follow-up
- Clearly communicate our solutions and value proposition to decision-makers
- Track sales activities and pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success
- Achieve daily outreach and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- High sense of urgency and competitive drive
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- CRM proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
