We’re looking for a passionate, motivated team player with 3+ years of sales and product marketing analytics experience who can transform raw data into powerful insights and drive meaningful change, streamline processes, and lead the charge in AI-driven innovation.
What You’ll Do:
• Data Mastery: Develop, refine, and maintain cutting-edge Power BI dashboards and reports that empower data-driven decisions across the organization ("1-2 click insight, reco, action").
• Storytelling with Data: Craft clear, compelling narratives from complex datasets, using effective visual techniques to ensure every insight resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences, finding the opportunities and the money.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from marketing & sales & product management (and other) teams to deliver actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives.
• Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Lead data science projects from start to implementation to improve our complex data science algorithms (LSTM, VAR, XG Boost) utilizing economic and freight market indicators to forecast product line performance, guiding strategic decisions for the company. How will the tariffs impact our business?
• Automation & Innovation: Leverage the 'power of the Power Platform' with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and/or Python/AI/ML models to automate processes and uncover hidden opportunities.
• Pricing: A sound understanding of Pricing (4-8 Cs of Pricing, competitors' price intel, volume hurdle, pricing analytics such as price bands and box plots)
• Opportunity Reporting: Optimize market baskets, white space analysis, recommendation systems, understanding and segmenting our customers
Experience you will bring:
Expert in Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate (Power Platform)
Expert in Excel (vlookups, xlookup, Pivot, data)
Proficient in a CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM CE
Proficient in an ERP, preferably Microsoft Business Central
Proficient in understanding and debugging Python, preferably with coding experience
Proficient in prompting LLM's, preferably Copilot, Copilot for Sales
Proficient in Copilot Studio
Experience in Product Information Management tool, preferably Perfion
Experience with a Sales Engagement Platform, ideally Salesloft
Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Engineering or Statistics (or 3 years of relevant work experience)
- 3+ years experience in Data Analytics Reporting/Data analysis
